- Yes. However, because of the need for insulation and bringing extra ice to keep things cool, there is a nominal charge. This will be discussed before you sign your contract.

- We require pre-payment in full via credit card at the time of scheduling. To ensure your reservation, we typically require 1 week notice. An authorized representative will also be asked to sign a release waiver for insurance purposes.
- Do you require access to the event area ahead of time?
- Yes, we require access to the event area in advance to determine logistics and equipment.
- If I have a commercial establishment (store, restaurant, venue, etc.) adjoining city property or street, do I need a permit from the city or county?
- This varies but checking with your zoning and compliance departments in your city or county is necessary.
